1.) We accept cash, check, Venmo and credit card processing, all credit card
payments include a 3% processing fee.
2.) The final price is determined upon inspection of the vehicle. The job will not be completed until the final price is approved with the client.
3.) If the vehicle is in severe condition it may result in an up charge. Some factors include but are not limited to extensive pet hair, heavily soiled surfaces, tree sap/ tar, stained surfaces and ETC.
4.) For Cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Thank you!
5.) For mobile jobs we need access to the client's waterspout or hose.
6.) For interior work, we cannot guarantee all stains to be removed when shampooing/ extracting fabrics. We will do always do our best to remove as much as possible.
7.) For exterior polishing we cannot guarantee every defect/ scratch to be removed. Prior to all polishing services we take readings of the clear coat levels to determine what level of correction can safely be done, our goal is to remove the least amount of clear coat while achieving the best results possible. If clear coat levels are too low after taking readings, then polishing may not be an option to prevent premature clear coat failure in the future.
8.) During inclement weather, we may have to reschedule your appointment. We will always reach out prior to your appointment to give any updates/ notifications if there is or will be inclement weather conditions.
